This was an E-Design client that is moving into a new house and wanted a bathroom refresh! They would like to do the work themselves and work at their own pace, but they had no idea where to start.

The client is female, married, has a ten-year-old girl and a twelve-year-old boy and wants to modernize her home. She loves to cook but didn’t want to feel isolated in the kitchen. She rarely entertains in a formal setting and she prefers family-oriented occasions.

I was to redesign the entire ground floor and was advised that the new design was to incorporate a study/den, to be a separate room; a water closet; a laundry room, also that was to be a separate room; and an open concept to incorporate the dining, kitchen and living.
