Full Service
From mood board to photographs. This is the service that included everything! I want to work with you to, first, create the perfect mood board. This is the foundation of the design process and guides my design creativity. From there, I will provided floor plans, sample boards, 3D Renderings, cost schedules, paint schedules, etc. to make sure our conceptual design is strong. Next, is the most satisfying part for both of us. Purchasing, placement, and execution. This is where my project management overcomes and I manage trusted tradesmen to complete the job. This requires me to be on site. I want to make sure the placement of materials is what you and I have discussed and the placement of furniture is right where we said it should be. Then I stage the project and photograph!
E-Design Service
Unlike the full service, this is the service that takes you from mood board to cost schedule. This is the service that includes all the conceptual design! I want to work with you to, first, create the perfect mood board. This is the foundation of the design process and guides my design creativity. From there, I will provided floor plans, sample boards, 3D Renderings, cost schedules, paint schedules, etc. to make sure our conceptual design is strong. The execution, however, is up to you! I want to know how the project ended up so I must ask that you send me pictures of the completed project!

This Service Includes:
- Space Plan
A 2D floor plan of your room's layout.
- Furniture & Décor Sourcing
- I have access to trade furniture and decor or online retail stores to source from for my clients.
- One 3D Visual
I use Coohom for my room makeover visuals to transform your space with look-alike items I source. For mid construction rooms, I do ask for 70% drywall to be installed.
- 30 min to 1 hr Design Meeting
After I complete your space, I can virtually meet with you one on one to present your design plan.
- Live Edit
If you would like to see anything changed in your design, I will do a live edit with you until you are satisfied. If changes exceed the time limit, I will send the revisions via email.
After I receive pictures of your space, there is currently a 6-7 week turn-around for your completed design.
